Technical Requirements For Installation Of Two-story Household Elevators

The installation of a two-story household elevator requires higher technical requirements and is also a challenge for the elevator itself, requiring strong performance. Below, follow the editor to have a detailed understanding of this knowledge.

Elevator usage precautions: The elevator consists of two main parts: mechanical and electrical. If the elevator is not maintained on a daily basis, its safety cannot be guaranteed, greatly shortening its service life and preventing its normal use.

During the use of elevators, some elevator users seek temporary workers or unqualified companies for elevator maintenance in order to reduce costs and save funds. Once safety issues arise, even the responsible unit cannot be found. If the maintenance is carried out by elevator manufacturers or qualified professional companies, on the one hand, the maintenance technology and quality are guaranteed, and on the other hand, if any problems occur, someone is also responsible.

Elevator operation principle: The elevator has a car and a counterweight, which are connected by a steel wire rope. The steel wire rope is driven by a driving device (traction machine) to move the car and counterweight up and down on the inner guide rail of the elevator. The guide shoes fixed on the lift car can move up and down along the fixed guide rails installed on the building shaft wall to prevent the bridge box from tilting during movement.

The rated speed of the elevator shall not exceed 0.4m/s, and for elevators without doors, the rated speed shall not exceed 0.3m/s. The car travel shall not exceed 12m, and the rated load capacity shall not exceed 400KG. Mainly divided into traction elevators, screw elevators, and hydraulic elevators, so this is also a factor that affects prices.

Secondly, the elevator door opening methods are divided into manual doors and automatic doors. The structure of manual doors is similar to the commonly used doors in our homes, but with the addition of a lock linkage device and a relatively heavy weight. At the same time, manual doors do not have a car door protection design, which objectively poses safety hazards; Automatic doors, like public passenger elevators, have double protection for car doors and hall doors.
