Hydraulic Home Elevator

Hydraulic home elevators are elevators that use hydraulic power sources to move the lift car up and down. The hydraulic system uses a pump station to compress oil into a cylinder that moves a piston in a straight line. This system can directly or indirectly cause the lift car to move up and down by means of steel wire ropes. The hydraulic home elevator is an integrated product of machine, electricity, electronics, and hydraulics. It consists of several relatively independent but interrelated systems, including pump station system, hydraulic system, guiding system, lift car, door system, electrical control system, and safety protection system.

The pump station system is the heart of the hydraulic system of the home elevator. It includes a pump, a hydraulic oil tank, a motor, and other components. The hydraulic oil tank stores oil and keeps it cool. The pump generates the required pressure to operate the hydraulic system. The motor drives the pump and the hydraulic oil valve to work simultaneously.

The hydraulic system is responsible for the vertical movement of the lift car. It includes hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pipes, and hydraulic valves. The hydraulic pipe connects the hydraulic system to the pump station. The hydraulic cylinders are the driving force of the lift car. The hydraulic valve controls the oil flow and pressure in the hydraulic system.

The guiding system guides the lift car to move up and down smoothly. It includes guide rails, guide shoes, and guide wheels. The guide rails are installed on the hoistway wall, and the guide shoes and guide wheels on the lift car. They ensure that the lift car moves in a straight line and does not sway.

The lift car is the place where people and goods are transported. The lift car can be customized according to the needs of users. The door system is responsible for opening and closing the lift car. It includes the lift car door and the landing door.

The electrical control system is responsible for the coordinated and reliable operation of the entire elevator system. It includes the control panel and the elevator control software.

The safety protection system is responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and preventing accidents. It includes overspeed governor, safety gear, door interlock device, and emergency stop switch. These safety devices can ensure that the lift car stops safely in the event of a power failure or other emergency.
